Hello and welcome to Phoenix Family Therapy Academy. My vision is to create a hub for professionals interested in family therapy and systemic thinking and practice to advance Family Therapy, particularly in my home state of Queensland.
As a Clinical Family Therapist and Psychologist with nearly 30 years of experience I have a significant appreciation for the importance and effectiveness of a systemic framework for practice and my passion is two fold. Firstly, to bring family therapy to the broader community and secondly to support other helping professionals in developing their knowledge and practice of systemic family therapy.
I have created this website as a hub with a view to supporting the growth and development of professionals by providing access to training information and practice resources, and a range of free resources including interesting, informative blogs, downloadable tip sheets and infographics, and YouTube clips.
